Training as part of squad provides a great opportunity to train with other athletes to achieve at your best level.
You do not need to be a member of any club, we welcome everybody regardless of age, level of fitness and ability. We train triathletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers from many different backgrounds. Training sessions could be as Squad Training when supervised by accredited coach/s or Group Training when conducted by the athletes. Weekly we offer a variety of training options to ensure all participants have options to choose from.
